Gurdas Maan: Icon That Generates Definition of Punjabi Music!

Punjabian Da Maan, Gurdas Maan has made a very special place in the heart of music lovers through his singing. He is considered as one of the most notable figures in the world of music. How can one forget the song ‘Dil Da Mamla Hai’! The song released in 1980 is still the leading song in the world of Punjabi music, which also enabled him to gain national attention.

His style and flow of singing has been copied by countless Punjabi Singers. This is the reason why he the most consistent artists in the past two decades. His singing reflects his love for Punjabi culture and traditions. A number of his songs ‘Apna Punjab Hove’ and many others are based on culture of Punjab. His presence on the mike is still unmatched.
